When my son was first referred to New Beginnings, I was honestly nervous, I didn’t know what to expect, especially with my son not being able to speak yet. But I’m so glad to be able to say that I was wrong!
The service there is wonderful! Cesar, in speech therapy department has helped my son so much! When he first went in he wouldn’t even try to say a word! And now he’s trying to repeat almost everything after me! I appreciate all the help Cesar has given him.

My son goes to Speech every week with Albina. In just two months I have seen an improvement where we are able to communicate with him through sign language and some words. She works around my schedule and is great at communicating with me. Albina is ALWAYS very professional. She is such a kind soul and very patient. We absolutely love her!

We were seeing Julia for OT and we were sad when she left the office. I had concerns on how my son would transition to his new therapist. He has been seeing Jack for the past couple of visits and so far it has been great. My son does so well with him and I am very optimistic on his OT development.

My daughter started speech therapy back in March with Janette. She’s been very patient, kind and caring with my daughter. Within a couple of weeks, my daughter showed great improvement with her letter swapping. Janette even gave us pointers on how we can reinforce what my daughter was learning While at therapy. After six months our insurance had some changes and caused us to have to change therapists at new beginnings. We began working with Victoria in September. My daughter has continued to show amazing improvement in her speech. Victoria has great engagement skills and is very friendly, my daughter was able to relax and go straight into therapy with her as a new therapist. I can whole heartedly say I’d recommend anyone with children that have speech issues to check out new beginnings especially Janette and Victoria.

My son has been attending OT at New Beginnings since August with Kaitlin and we absolutely love her! She is always excited for his progress and explains everything they did and tried for the day. She introduces him to new things allowing him to discover more of his abilities! I love how she pushes him outside of his comfort zone because I also get to discover more of his capabilities! She is open to questions and communication and never makes you feel rushed when reporting back to you. I’d highly recommend her! I honestly simply love to hear how excited she is about his progress, as I’ve said before, because it makes you feel like someone else understands those small, mighty wins! I see so much progress in him.

I got lucky to get a speech therapist for my son that has so much experience and knowledge! Ms. Cathy teaches you how to teach your child so you can go home and apply the same techniques because this is a journey that requires constant effort and practice. I work with my son everyday and even purchase items I see her utilize in the sessions! I’m genuinely happy how she allows the parents to be so involved. It’s amazing when you get to go through the process with your child and see what you can do better/to improve for your child. I’m so excepted to continue to witness his progress and I know Ms. Cathy puts tons of effort into children. She loves what she does and it shows!

I found this place during a desperate night looking for help as my baby would have choking episodes when drinking milk and breastfeeding. It was God sent. My son loved his therapist Jordan from the first day. She not only helped us deal with the issue but continued to guide us through his first solid meals, avoiding picky eating and bad habits. Needless to say, Jordan has become more than a therapist, a friend.
In addition to that, the place is clean, well kept. Highly prioritized sanitization by wiping surfaces in front of us, hand sanitizing and using gloves.
Needless to say, I recommend this place and our therapist Jordan.

Truly, my wife and I could not be more grateful for Jordan and the difference she has made for our son. We have been working with Jordan for a little over a year now and have noticed significant development in our son’s speech. Full transparency - new beginnings was not the first place we took our son for help, however, we are extremely glad to have landed where we did because we can definitively say that we are 100% happy, comfortable & confident in the this company’s process. We’ve been at new beginnings for a while now and recently started OT services with Bertha Solis. I HIGHLY recommend her if your child needs OT services.she is the BEST!! Since the first day our 3yr old met her which was during his evaluation he gravitated towards her fairly quickly. Usually it takes him a little to get comfortable and open up but with Ms. Bertha Solis he was comfortable, smiling and even wanting her to carry him. During our first session she spent the whole time trying to understand our son and his needs. Not only that she has done a fantastic job at explaining his needs to me and helping me understand them so I can help my son. She’s very knowledgeable in her field of work and it shows every time! Ms. Bertha Solis is always so kind, patient and understanding with our son. She never forces him to do something he’s not comfortable with, she works at his pace and builds that trust with him. It shows in our sessions how comfortable my son is with Ms. Bertha Solis, he gets excited to see her every time! If I could give more than 5 stars to her I definitely would, she deserves more!

Love New Beginnings! My son and I work with Jordan for feeding therapy and he’s well ahead of his age range already. His daycare workers are impressed with how quickly he transitioned from purées to solids. Jordan is extremely flexible and accommodating with our military lifestyle and she provides such a positive atmosphere. My son loves her!

We have been taking our son to Occupational Therapy for about 4 months after he was diagnosed with Behavioral Disorder. We have seen a positive change in our son and his behavior, from learning to control his temper to accepting that things don't always go as we want them and how to learn to accept it. His therapist Jon, has been patient and helpful by keeping us informed on what they are working on and how to approach diffrent situations with our son at home and at school. Jon has taken the time to listen to our concerns and issues that have arisen at school because of our sons behavior.

Since my son has started speech therapy here at new beginnings with his speech therapist Jessica, I have seen such an amazing improvement in his communication. In 2-3 months my son has gained 10 new words, he’s counting, learning to play functionally, and is even doing some sign language. When he first started he was only saying only saying 2-3 words. I am so grateful for Jessica and New Beginnings for the amazing work they do for my child. I definitely recommend bringing your child here if you are wanting to see drastic results!

Jon in OT has worked with my son now for over a year. Jon is very communicative and aims towards exceeding goals! Jon is flexible with scheduling depending on child’s needs. He listens to parents which helps setting obtainable goals.

My son also works with Tori in Speech Therapy. She is great with him and he is excited to work with her every week! Goals are tough but, Tori has been great with keeping us informed on his progress and his goals.

The team at New Beginnings are amazing, flexible, and professional, highly recommend!

As a former special education teacher, I know how crucial it is for children to feel comfortable in an environment to be able to learn. As a parent, it is a non-negotiable that my child feels safe, welcomed and challenged with regard to goals to be reached. Here at New Beginnings, my son gets ALL of that and so much more. His occupational therapist (Bertha Solis) goes above and beyond when teaching my son. I can see the fruit of what he is learning at an exponential rate! She is quick to give me very useful advice to help my son! Did I mention my son absolutely adores her? We are also blessed with such an attentive speech therapist (Albina Pando). My son is always so excited to see them both! He runs in and doesn't look back. I admit I was nervous when I learned my son would need therapy, now I feel blessed he has these two therapists in his life. He's happy and learning so much! He's also talking, so much now!

We love New Beginnings. Christine has been an incredible speech therapist for my son She helped him make remarkable improvements in his speech, and we are so grateful for her dedication. Christine is always kind, patient, and caring, making my kid feel comfortable and supported throughout his therapy sessions. We truly appreciate everything she has done for us and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled speech therapist. Also I would like to thank Jordan the feeding therapist she amazing we have make some improvements in my son diet all props to you for the patience and dedication you put into help my son 😊💕 Jordan it’s always so happy, kind and patient thank you so much for every you have done for us. We love this place ! Coming from a first time parent, especially to a child who was struggling to speak or communicate, we can not be more thankful to Ms.Albina Pando for all that she has done and accomplished with our 5 year old! We're so glad we got him into speech therapy before he started school cause we would have been losing our minds overthinking and worrying how he'd be with other kids, teachers, and staff! Our daughter has been going to New Beginnings for 8 months already, and I have to say, this has been by far the kindest and most supportive experience for her speech development. We started with Jordan, who helped her so much, and now Janette G. is continuing to work with her. I know my daughter can be a bit of a tough cookie, but once a consistent routine is in place and she knows what’s next, she’s happy to get the work done. This journey has had its ups and downs, but my husband and I have seen a tremendous increase in her vocabulary. I would highly recommend New Beginnings to any parents who are concerned about their child’s speech. 🤗🤗

We have been at new beginning for four years now between my two children. I can’t begin to express the amount of care and patience Annette has. My daughter was very challenging to work with at the beginning and she worked through every challenge with her. Her ability to connect with both my kids has been remarkable to watch. I am beyond grateful for the amazing things she has been able to do with both my kids.

We LOVE New Beginnings in the far east. And we absolutely LOVE Jessica. We have been working with her for over a year now and she is nothing less than amazing. She always works with our schedule and makes things as easy and smooth as possible. The improvements our child has made in their speech since attending with Jessica is night and day. My son has been in speech therapy for two years and there is no words to describe the improvement in his speech and the impact that it’s having in our lives. Wensdae McNeely is our speech language pathologist and she is so sweet and attentive not just to my child but all the children I see her interact with. She is so knowledgeable and caring she answers all my questions and takes her time explaining how he’s doing after every session. I feel like she really knows my child and is able to incorporate her techniques around his interest and my child loves going to therapy and that says it all. I would recommend this little piece of heaven to any parents whose children might be behind on speech the people at the office are also very nice and accommodating and in general all the therapist are great with all the children and parents they always have a great attitude, a lot of patience and a smile on their faces.

I would highly recommend New Beginning's Pediatric Therapy Services! The staff, specially Ms. Lailani and Ms. Alicia are very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They take the time to know and assess and tailor Therapy to the specific needs and ways of learning - creating a fun and productive environment for the kids. My child has been attending new beginnings for almost or about a year now and we’ve seen major improvements in everything he does, say or eats! We’ve been working alongside with Leslie for OT services and Teresa for Feeding and Speech. They’ve done an amazing job and share tips, tricks and resources. Just recently my other son has also joined and we’ve been equally impressed with Wensdae! She’s been patient with him and he loves seeing her.

New beginnings has been just that to my little family, a new beginning to a wonderful adventure ahead. Tori has been a life saver to my little one. Has completely changed our life in such a way it brings me to tears. Everyone here is such a blessing, a huge shoutout to Toni. She’s been nothing but a godsend without her I don’t know what we would have done she helped us with all the paperwork we needed to complete truly a blessing in disguise. My child has been attending occupational therapy here for almost a year, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Diana, the staff and their approach. These therapists are true experts when it comes to working with children—they’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about each child’s progress.

The team has made a remarkable difference in several areas. They’ve helped my child manage anger outbursts, improve balance, and develop essential fine motor skills like writing, coloring, and drawing. They’ve also addressed sensory issues, especially around loud noises and busy environments, which has been a huge help.

Their approach of using social modeling has been invaluable, allowing my child to practice sharing, taking turns, and listening to directions with other kids. My son genuinely looks forward to his sessions and loves the one-on-one attention he receives.

I’m grateful for the positive impact they’ve had and highly recommend this team to any parent looking for compassionate and skilled occupational therapy for their child.

New beginnings has been incredible all around from the front office to the therapists themselves. Michael, Theresa, and Alicia. Both of my children have been attending for almost 2 years. Alicia had helped one of my children graduate occupational with ultimate success while Michael helps my youngest continue to succeed. Both listen to goals and respect what we as parents want.
Theresa continues to help both children succeed with speech therapy. They have come a long way from when we first started with her.
We cannot thank these therapists enough for all the hard work and dedication to my children.

My daughter has OT twice a week and she absolutely loves it. Since starting therapy, we have seen improvements and continue to see her progress. Diana (my daughter’s therapist) goes beyond and above to help our little girl in many ways we never knew possible. Communication between us is excellent. The whole staff and environment is very welcoming. We highly recommend Diana and New Beginnings to any parent looking for an OT who genuinely cares and makes a positive impact.

We have had such a wonderful experience at New Beginnings! My child receives speech and OT services with Daniella and Leslie and respectively. He is flourishing! He has improved in all areas.

My twins have been in Speech and Occupational Therapy for a year now. The change both my boys have made from the first day they walked into their first therapy has been absolutely amazing, and as their parent so beautiful to see them grow and learn new things everyday.

My twins have an absolutely amazing team of therapist, Ms. Daniela, Ms. Teresa, Ms. Leslie and Mr. Michael have been absolutely amazing with my boys. They enjoy going, and I enjoy taking them both to each one of their sessions, because as much as they learn, I also learn as I also receive great advice to continue their at home care to help them achieve their goals and more!

We were introduced to new beginnings and I will never regret bringing my daughter for help with her speech. Before my daughter started speech therapy she would struggle so much to communicate with everybody around her, she would start getting very inpatient and it would also mess with her behavior. I am beyond grateful with Ms. Carla Rodriguez for helping my little one with her speech. Rebecca loved her and would always look forward to coming to all her speech sessions.
Ms. Wensdae is her new speech therapy and she’s also amazing. She also has occupational therapy with Ms Alicia, she’s so sweet, patient, very understanding and has helped Rebecca a lot. Both my sons receive Occupational Therapy under the care of Lesly and Diana. Both of them are very knowledgeable and professional. Both care for our sons with compassion and are very supportive. They have made a positive difference in our family and we are very thankful for them and for the passion they have for what they do. As a mom and as a mental health provider myself, I highly recommend them.

My daughter has been receiving Occupational, Speech, and Feeding Therapy services at New Beginnings for over a year now, and I must say, our entire family can attest to the tremendous difference it has made for her! As a child with level 2 autism, before starting the program, she had great difficulty reaching developmental milestones, processing sensory information, and was easily distracted and frustrated by almost any environment or situation.

The therapy she has received at New Beginnings has been a major GAME CHANGER. Her sessions with her occupational therapist, Jon Perez, have been monumental in helping her to become much more emotionally regulated, while also developing her ability to connect with and actually understand other people. This occupational therapy has taught her how to compartmentalize sensory information, increase her attention span, and greatly improve her level of independence and confidence. Jon is truly an expert at what he does. Additionally, his professionalism and compassion, while working with my daughter, has given us the tools to make so many necessary strides in her development possible. My daughter LOVES Jon, and literally jumps out of her car seat to get started, upon arrival at the therapy center!

My daughter's speech therapist, Norma, is also fantastic. She is so patient with my daughter, who was completely non-verbal before starting therapy. So much progress has been made with my daughter now being able to willingly imitate sounds and words, and doing so with a big smile on her face! Going from zero ability to communicate to now making gestures, sound imitations, and even some full words, is a tremendous feat for my daughter and our entire family.

Her feeding therapist, Daniella, has been nothing short of AMAZING. My daughter had food aversions to almost everything, and was only able to accept very specific flavors of pureed baby food, breastmilk, and plain water. No one in our family could convince her to try, or sometimes even look at, other foods. Since starting feeding therapy with Daniella about a year ago, my daughter is now a ravenous carnivore, and sometimes omnivore! She now wants to eat almost any protein and healthy snack, to the point of trying to steal food off of our plates, after she finishes hers! My daughter's pediatrician is also extremely impressed with her healthy weight gain.

The team reevaluates her progress regularly, and then puts together an updated set of goals to reach, which is then shared with me. I love how my thoughts and opinions, as a parent, are always warmly and sincerely welcomed. I truly appreciate this team effort, with plans in place that ACTUALLY WORK! Thank you all!

I can’t say enough about New beginnings therapy. They’re life savers. For sometime I could not understand what my son needed and was scared about the idea of him needing therapy. I was luckily referred to start him on occupational and speech therapy along with my daughter. After going through the evaluations and explanation of how this therapy would help my children I decided to start them both at New Beginnings. I want to say how thankful I am for my son’s speech therapist Carla and both my kids Occupational therapist Lupita. I’m blessed to know that my kids are getting two incredible therapist who are passionate and genuinely care about what they do. They both created a safe and comfortable environment that allowed my son and daughter to open up and engage in therapy with enthusiasm. What truly sets them apart is their dedication and consistently going above and beyond to tailor their sessions to my kids unique needs and interests. They both take the time out to explain the progress my kids are making and provide me with valuable strategies to reinforce their learning at home. I also want to thank Toni for being extremely patient when answering all the questions I had, I can really say that she’s a great administrative assistant she made me feel welcomed and made the enrollment of my kids to New beginnings a lot easier.

My daughter started speech therapy at 2 years old. We got lucky enough to be placed with Ms. Stephanie ! Our daughter has grown to love her and so have we ! She learned quickly what my daughters likes, dislikes were and uses things like “bubbles, puzzles, etc” to incline her on her bad days and it works so well with her transitions . It’s such a good feeling when we arrive and my daughter sees the door open, and has a huge smile to go to speech with her. On top of that, a few times I , myself wasn’t able to attend , however my husband took our daughter. Ms. Stephanie was amazing and messaged me giving me her report so thoroughly, it allowed me to still feel aware and happy to know how my daughter did that day . We love new beginnings and anytime we have billing questions Patrick is also always so knowledgeable and willing to assist us ! We really feel like we have support when it comes to this addition in our daughter’s life and couldn’t do it without the help of the staff . Driving 45 minutes to therapy is hard, but we haven’t looked for another place because this place is worth the drive for our daughter’s benefit !

New Beginnings has truly been a life-changing experience for our family. When my son began speech and occupational therapy earlier this year, he struggled with speech delay and sensory sensitivities. At just 18 months, he only knew five words, avoided certain textures, and couldn’t comfortably interact with other children. Fast forward to today, and the transformation has been remarkable, all thanks to Mr. Jon and Ms. Stephanie. My son now speaks more each day, enjoys being around other kids, and has grown more comfortable with a variety of textures he once avoided.

From the very first meeting, it was clear that Mr. Jon and Ms. Stephanie are passionate about their work and deeply committed to the children they help, as well as to supporting their families. As we continue this journey, we remain endlessly grateful to them for giving our son – and us – a true new beginning.

My son and I have been going to speech therapy with Teresa for over a year now and my goodness has she made an immense amount of progress with him and cares so much to help and do the best of her ability for any type of improvement. Before my son started speech therapy he was non verbal and would only make guttural sounds and now my son talks so much and learns more and more with Teresa! She has made the biggest impact and my son loves her! We live a hour away but it’s most definitely worth it coming here! Thank you Teresa for helping us with this journey.

For the previous two months that Ms.Carla has been my sons speech therapist, I’m fully convinced she is the best at her field of expertise. Ms.Carla has helped my son in every possible way and in all aspects were my son had been struggling to develop his speech. She has shown us she cares for my sons development and improvement. We feel confident the work and teaching she has been providing to our soon has had a great benefit as we see his speech improve on a daily basis. We appreciate what Ms.Carla has done so far and we look forward to continue working with her. Our soon feels appreciation towards her as he is always looking forward to his speech therapy sessions. Absolutely love this place, my son has both ST and OT here at New Beginnings and I do recommend this place tremendously. Extremely thankful and happy for Ms. Teresa (Speech Therapist) as she is and has been very helpful and supportive towards my son’s speech delay thanks to her his speech has improved tremendously, as well am very happy and thankful with Ms. Alicia (Occupational Therapist) helping my son in his everyday needs and social skills. Never have I ever had any problems with them scheduling or rescheduling sessions they are very helpful and always are there when you have questions or need anything, they are extremely helpful all staff is very friendly and kind my son absolutely loves going to his sessions.

Our daughter (5yo with downs) has progressed so much since seeing Lailani weekly! Her teacher continues to point out her confidence and the milestones we are all watching her reach. Lailani has played a huge part in her smooth transition from homeschooling to brick and mortar this school year. Awesome place! Great staff!

I highly recommend New Beginnings, to any parent looking for a safe and caring environment. My twins have had so much improvement since we started our speech therapy sessions with Mrs.Teresa and Mrs. Tory, who were so patient with my boys, and ever since I started noticing an increase in their vocabulary. Later on we started occupational Therapy with Mrs. Alicia,and I saw another great improvement in my boys with basic tasks that they weren’t able to perform before. Overall all the staff is so friendly and amazing they will make your kids feel happy to be there!!

My four year old son is non-verbal autistic and because of his inability to speak/express himself, he exhibited his frustration through aggressive behavior. So my wife and I were very apprehensive to see how well he would take to occupational therapy as it was out of his normal routine. Though, his OT therapist, Leslie, was so phenomenal and wonderful that we were amazed and overjoyed to see how much our son took to her and the tremendous progress he made… all because of Leslie!! So, if you go to New Beginnings ask for Leslie!😌

I also would like to shout out Saul Tercero as he was such a major part of my son’s progress as well. Saul has such amazing knowledge, care, and patience! We can’t thank them enough!!

My son has been seeing Miss Carla for a few years now, and we absolutely adore her. Since my son started seeing her, his speech has improved tremendously, and she has been so patient and kind working with him as he’s in the process of being evaluated for autism and adhd. It’s not very easy for my son to connect with other people, but he warmed up to Miss Carla so quickly and is excited to see her every week! As parents it’s important to us we have caretakers, teachers, therapists, doctors etc who truly care about their patients and kids they see, and are just all around good, kind, patient, and honest people and never give up on our kid, and Miss Carla never falls short of this description. She’s the best speech therapist you could have!
My son also started OT therapy this year and Mr Jon has been incredible! His techniques he uses in sessions have not only worked to improve his behaviors, he also loves the techniques so much he will use them at home if myself, his dad or his sister are having a rough day too trying to help us feel better! It’s clear that helping kids is his passion, and my son always talks about seeing Mr. Jon every week as well! He’s been nothing but great to our son and to our family as well!
Mr Jon and Miss Carla also work together to make sure our son has the best possible plan for him making it easier for all of us to make sure we are all on the same page at all times. If I could give five stars for both of these wonderful therapists I would!

At first I was very hesitant on sending my daughter to speech therapy, because i was just scared they wouldn’t be able to understand her. But, ever since I came to get the referral, all the staff was very helpful and welcoming. After all the process was done , we got an amazing speech therapist named Stephanie within the last couple of six months, she has helped my daughter speech improve so much! My daughter wants to come to speech every day on how comfortable and amazing Stephanie is. Stephanie has helped not only my daughter but myself whenever we need a schedule change or any other accommodations! I am blessed that Stephanie has been our speech therapist and very thankful for her. 100% recommend!

There Both very good at what they do.My son has shown significant improvement with starting OT and speech with his first few sessions! He is always so excited to come to his appointments and is happy when we leave, he is so comfortable with Stephanie and Jon

I definitely recommend this location. My daughter has been going to speech for about 2 years now. Carla has been great and I've never had a problem with her. She's very professional and my daughter loves her. When my daughter first started she didn't know how to say her name or anything other than hi. Now everyday she gets out of school she has a conversation with me. At the end every session Carla goes over what they practiced and what she is going to work on for the next week. We are very grateful and couldn't be happier with her work.🙏

I can't say enough good things about this place! I have both my kids going to New beginnings for a few months now for both Speech and OT therapy. The progress my oldest has made is unbelieveable and I would personally like to thank Leslie on the OT side for going above and beyond for my daughter. She is always kind, energetic and takes the time to explain everything in detail for me and even helps me by giving me materials i can practice at home with my daughter. I also want to thank Jon on the OT side aswell, he has been amazing with my youngest daughter and always explains to me in detail what my daughters goals are and also gives me advice on what to work on at home. I wish i could give them a million star review, everyone is so kind and understanding at new Beginnings, I can't thank these people enough!

10 stars! The joy my daughter had when it came to her OT and feeding appointments was amazing. Jon Perez and Kate both were so kind and patient towards Mia. After 6 months of both OT and Feeding therapy mia made so much improvement. They made these appointments stress free that mia didn’t want to leave. They both treated us like family, Jon was helpful in transitioning Mia to be a big sister and social towards other kids. He helped her with her first steps. And til this day months after graduating from therapy Jon will reach out to see if we had any questions or need help as Mia became a big sister 2 months ago. My family is beyond grateful to have Jon (OT) and Kate (feeding) be there for Mia’s early growth stage and milestones. Without hesitation new beginnings will be our go to for any help our little ones need, and be recommended to any and everyone with children. Thank you New Beginnings!

New Beginnings Pediatric has played a huge role in our son's occupational and speech progress. He loves his therapists Ms. Leslie and Ms. Stephanie and has made great strides in both areas in the short period of time he has been with them! They are wonderful and have the best bedside manner no matter the mood my son is in. 1,000/10 recommend!
