Monica Tullius, M.S., CCC-SLP
Site Director
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for over 24 years, Monica has been in private practice for the last 11 years. She is the Clinical Administrator and Owner of the New Beginnings Pediatric Speech Therapy Services, PLLC clinics where she supervises and leads a team of Speech Pathology Clinicians.
Prior to opening her private practice, Monica was a Speech-Language Pathologist in the public school system for many years. She also has experience in pediatric Speech Therapy
She loves changing the lives of her patients!
Monica received her Orofacial Myofunctional training through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT).

Selina Yglecias
Office Manager
Selina is an El Paso native who joined New Beginnings in early 2021 with 12 years of administrative experience in the pediatric clinic setting. She graduated in May 2021 with her associates degree in Healthcare Administration from Southwest University at El Paso. One of her work passions is educating our patients’ parents about their insurance benefits and answering any questions they may have concerning the services we provide. Selina feels it is important to have as much continuity of care as possible so she actively pursues rapid authorizations and reauthorizations, so that our therapists can continue working towards their patient’s therapeutic goals.
Selina decided to broaden her education in a more clinical role and is currently an occupational therapy assistant student at Pima Medical Institute along with serving as the Office Manager at our Zaragoza location.
Monica Padilla
Biller / Account Specialist
Monica was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She graduated with her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Coding and Billing Systems from Southwest University in El Paso, Texas in September of 2020 and is an AAPC, Certified Professional Coder. She has been a bilingual, Biller/Account Specialist for New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy Services since April 2021. Since joining New Beginnings, Monica has gained knowledge of most aspects of the practice including medical billing, insurance verification, and numerous other administrative tasks. In her free time, Monica enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
