Christine Ramirez Adame
M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Christine is a bilingual Certified Speech-Language Pathologist who is compassionate and shows caring for each one of her patients. Before coming to New Beginnings and serving as our Rich Beem Clinic Director, she worked for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
She is very interested in Tethered Oral Tissues (TOT’s) and the problems they can cause for posture,
Christine is interested in advancing her knowledge of sleep and OMD’s to better help children and parents who may not even realize that TOT’s may negatively affect the entire body system. She is a member of the Academy of Applied Myofunctional Sciences (AAMS).
Patsy Guajardo
Office Manager

Patsy has served as the Office Manager at New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy Services since its establishment in the fall of 2008.
In her role, she efficiently manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions at the Rich Beem location. Patsy is deeply committed to providing unwavering support to management, therapists, and families, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic run smoothly.
She finds the greatest fulfillment in her work when patient needs are met with the highest standards of care, professionalism, and ethics, and when meaningful progress is achieved through collaborative efforts. Patsy’s dedication to excellence has been a cornerstone of the organization’s success.
Monica Padilla
Biller / Account Specialist
Office Staff
Monica was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She graduated with her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Coding and Billing Systems from Southwest University in El Paso, Texas, in September of 2020 and is an AAPC Certified Professional Coder. She has been a bilingual Biller/Account Specialist for New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy Services since April 2021.
Since joining New Beginnings, Monica has gained knowledge of most aspects of the practice, including medical billing, insurance verification, and numerous other administrative tasks. In her free time, Monica enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Asbel Guajardo
Administrative Assistant
Office Staff
Asbel is the Administrative Assistant at our Rich Beem location. She has worked for New Beginnings in the front office for several years. Her number one interest when she comes to work is to be helpful.
She joined the New Beginnings team with enthusiasm and has used her positive attitude and friendliness to assist coworkers and parents in working together to better help our patients. Asbel graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology. She has always lived by the saying, “You are your child’s voice as a parent.”
In her free time, Asbel loves to travel and spend as much time as possible with her family. She loves being a mother and advocating for her children.
