When my son was first referred to New Beginnings, I was honestly nervous, I didn’t know what to expect, especially with my son not being able to speak yet. But I’m so glad to be able to say that I was wrong!
The service there is wonderful! Cesar, in speech therapy department has helped my son so much! When he first went in he wouldn’t even try to say a word! And now he’s trying to repeat almost everything after me! I appreciate all the help Cesar has given him.

My daughter started speech therapy back in March with Janette. She’s been very patient, kind and caring with my daughter. Within a couple of weeks, my daughter showed great improvement with her letter swapping. Janette even gave us pointers on how we can reinforce what my daughter was learning While at therapy. After six months our insurance had some changes and caused us to have to change therapists at new beginnings. We began working with Victoria in September. My daughter has continued to show amazing improvement in her speech. Victoria has great engagement skills and is very friendly, my daughter was able to relax and go straight into therapy with her as a new therapist. I can whole heartedly say I’d recommend anyone with children that have speech issues to check out new beginnings especially Janette and Victoria.

Our son has been taking therapy at New Beginnings for months. We are very pleased with the quality of installations and especially with the work Jordan does since day 1. She is very professional with a lot of knowledge and experience to achieve the best results with your kid. He likes learning new skills with her, and we learn easy exercises to follow up at home. 11 stars for Jordan!

Love New Beginnings! My son and I work with Jordan for feeding therapy and he’s well ahead of his age range already. His daycare workers are impressed with how quickly he transitioned from purées to solids. Jordan is extremely flexible and accommodating with our military lifestyle and she provides such a positive atmosphere. My son loves her!

My daughter has been working with Jessica at New Beginnings (Far East location on Rich Beem), and we’ve seen amazing progress! Since starting speech therapy, her speech development has taken off, and as a result, her temper tantrums have significantly decreased. What stands out most is how comfortable and trusting my daughter is with Jessica, which has made all the difference in her learning. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication Jessica has shown, and I highly recommend her to any parents looking for a compassionate and skilled speech therapist!

New beginnings has played a huge role in my son’s speech therapy. He loves his therapist Ms. Delia. Carla Rodriguez referred us to Ms. Delia and she truly goes above and beyond with the speech therapy that my son needs. We are forever grateful for the Ms. Delia’s dedication and I recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and skilled speech therapy.

As a former special education teacher, I know how crucial it is for children to feel comfortable in an environment to be able to learn. As a parent, it is a non-negotiable that my child feels safe, welcomed and challenged with regard to goals to be reached. Here at New Beginnings, my son gets ALL of that and so much more. His occupational therapist (Bertha Solis) goes above and beyond when teaching my son. I can see the fruit of what he is learning at an exponential rate! She is quick to give me very useful advice to help my son! Did I mention my son absolutely adores her? We are also blessed with such an attentive speech therapist (Albina Pando). My son is always so excited to see them both! He runs in and doesn't look back. I admit I was nervous when I learned my son would need therapy, now I feel blessed he has these two therapists in his life. He's happy and learning so much! He's also talking, so much now!

Coming from a first time parent, especially to a child who was struggling to speak or communicate, we can not be more thankful to Ms.Albina Pando for all that she has done and accomplished with our 5 year old! Would give a 6 star if I could! my son has been seeing Bertha Solis for his occupational therapy and he’s improved so much with his motor skills! Even his teacher expresses how much she sees my son reach his goals in class. Would recommend Bertha for any OT services she’s very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Gabby has been a pleasure to work with. She’s very attentive and caring towards my child. She has great work ethics. Gabby is honest about my child’s progress and topics that my child still needs to work on. Gabby is very organized and makes note of what interests my child so that she can better assist my child’s development. My child also gets homework to take home so that we can work on the skills that were used in session. Gabby is very responsible and notifies me ahead of time to ask if a make up session can be made as soon as she has an opening a few hours before the available session. Gabby also lets me know prior to any sessions that may have to be canceled ahead of time as well so that we don’t make our way there just to head back home. She’s very patient with my child and just has a great personality overall. I also like that she is attentive and honest with any questions or concerns that I might have with my child’s development/progress. It hasn’t been very long since my child started, but my child already knows who Mrs. Gabby is and is comfortable with Mrs. Gabby. My child definitely doesn’t like strangers, but was able to warm up to Gabby in the first few sessions. Gabby does great with building rapport with my child as well as myself. Thank you Gabby for your hard work you are making a difference in many children’s lives.

Lupita and Brigitte both OT therapists here at New Beginnings have both worked with my child. They are both amazing OT therapists. We are very lucky to have such amazing OT therapists. They listen and address any concerns I have of my child’s progress. Always very kind, courteous, and respectful towards us. They both made sure to always challenge my child when something has been mastered. Being able to have them both work with my kiddo has been a blessing. I love how patient they are with my child. It’s amazing to see passionate therapists who enjoy working with children and help you as well with the treatment you can do at home when not in session.

Our daughter has been receiving speech therapy at this location. Ms. Jordan has been very helpful from the very beginning. She is a caring and dedicated profesional in ensuring our daughter gets the best care. Our daughter's speech and expressive language skills have improved so much and it is because of the great quality she receives here. My daughter is always ready and happy to attend her sessions and we know she is in a safe environment. Ms. Jordan also does a great job in giving updates to the parents after each session to ensure we stay informed of the progress being made and a chance to answer any questions or concerns. My son started therapy here awhile ago and I have seen the biggest improvement with him not shutting down, asking for help, and motorskills. My son has Michael for occupational therapy which is a blessing. Michael is such a professional and gives me updates about how he is doing after each session. My son looks foward to his session with Michael every time because he knows he is going to have a fun and productive time.I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for pediatric therapy services.

My daughter has Improved a great amount she went Into New beginnings completely nonverbal and now she surprises us each day, Christine her speech therapist is amazing my daughter is now using sentences and is better at communicating and regulating her emotions, they’re so patient and kind, I’m so grateful for such an amazing Speech Therapist, I am so thankful for everyone who has helped my daughter improve so much on her communication skills. She also had such a great Occupational Therapist who helped my daughter interact with other children and better express herself. Everyone is so kind and flexible to work with my daughter really loves going here and I’m so proud of how far along she’s come. Jon (OT) worked my son this past year and we had an amazing experience. He is professional, caring, and truly has passion for helping our children. We saw much improvement in his skills.

Been taking my son here since 1 year & a half ago & there's been progress made! The OT therapist named Kaitlin does a good job with my son's learning skills & Speech therapist named Janette is teaching my son to speak. Glad I made the choice to enroll my child into this program!

John is so patient, kind and works very well with my son. My son looks forward to occupational therapy every week with John and my son is improving in sharing with others as well as motor skills. This facility is always clean and they always have the patients best interest at heart. Definitely recommend John he goes above and beyond both in person as well as on zoom when the COVID pandemic was getting bad.

I am so grateful for New Beginnings, specifically for Jordan. I requested a referral as a proactive measure for my 2 year old son based on subtle things regarding his speech. Since he’s been seeing Jordan, he’s now using sentences more (as best as a two-year-old can) and his impulsivity has toned down. It’s clear that Jordan is confident in her methods and the approaches she’s used have been highly effective for my son, who loves his time with her. I would recommend Jordan and New Beginnings because they’re respectful, have great customer service skills, are over all great at what they do!

I highly recommend New Beginnings, my daughter started in mid May she could not speak in sentences or communicate what she wanted at 2yrs of age. It was very difficult and we knew her milestone in talking was way behind. Albina, Diana’s speech therapists started working with her and we saw an improvement in a month. By month 2 she was communicating with us and talking to her brothers, she was able to pronounce their names. We were so overjoyed. The patience, dedication and hard work Albina has showed means so much to my family. Our family and friends have noticed a huge difference in Diana’s verbal skills. We are forever grateful.

I highly recommend New Beginnings on Rich Beam and Speech Therapist Janette! She has been absolutely amazing to my son and the amount of patience she has is phenomenal! The first few sessions my son cried his lungs out and she did her best to make him feel comfortable and relax. She is super friendly and has high energy which is what my son needs. At the end of each session she provides updates and I truly have seen an improvement in my son’s vocabulary and sign language skills. He normally dislikes everyone but I can see that he trusts Janette and enjoys his sessions with her!

My family and I truly love this place! The staff members are nice, kind, and professional. My 3 year old son has been coming for almost a year now, and we’ve seen so much improvement with his speech. He started off with not knowing much, to now speaking none stop. He’s been working with Carla since the first day he started and she has been nothing but the best with everything she has accomplished to help him improve with his speech. He’s now able to express his needs and wants, which was something he wasn’t able to do before. He gets excited to learn something new every time we bring him. A huge thank you to Carla for being so loving and patient with our son. She always communicates with us parents to find new solutions to help continue to improve our communication skills with our son.

My son has been attending OT sessions with Ms. Kaitlin for a few months now, and I have seen a drastic change in him. Ms. Kaitlin is very patient and understanding of my son, and has answered any questions or concerns I have. She has also provided me with extra OT activities that I can use with my son to further develop his motor skills. I highly recommend her for your child's OT needs.

In addition to OT, my son also has Speech Therapy with Ms. Annette. His experience with Ms. Annette has been nothing short of amazing. My son's vocabulary has done a 180 from when he started almost a year ago. I get teary eyed hearing my son speak and I'm so proud of how far he's come. Ms. Annette is a great Speech Therapist, and I highly recommend her, and all the staff at the Rich Beem location.

I definitely recommend this location. My daughter has been going to speech for about 2 years now. Carla has been great and I've never had a problem with her. She's very professional and my daughter loves her. When my daughter first started she didn't know how to say her name or anything other than hi. Now everyday she gets out of school she has a conversation with me. At the end every session Carla goes over what they practiced and what she is going to work on for the next week. We are very grateful and couldn't be happier with her work.🙏

My 5 year old has been coming here for well over a year now. He's been working with Carla since the beggining. Before he started receiving services here, I had such an unbelievably difficult time communicating with him. He had trouble expressing his needs, wants, feelings, interests, and so on. Through working with Carla, he's made miraculous progress. Carla has gone above and beyond to help Cayden but also give us as parents resources and methods to achieve effective communication with our child. We can now parent more successfully and our child now has the skills to express his thoughts/feelings. Its no exaggeration that receiving services has been life changing for my child, and us parents alike.

Amazing place for speech therapy. My son had received therapy here with Miss. Janette she had consistently worked with him to really improve his speech skills. She is super kind and amazing with my son. With any concern I had that came up she would gladly help me out to work with my son at home. I recommend this center as well as Miss. Janette as a speech therapist.

My son has been receiving speech therapy here for several months now with Miss Janette. He has mild autism and a speech delay so he’s not the easiest child to work with and can be difficult sometimes. Regardless of that Miss Janette has consistently worked with him to greatly improve his pre speech skills. Her patience has been greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this center as well as Miss Janette as a speech therapist. But also recommend her for any parents with children with autism as she has been great with him and much better then some previous therapists at other centers.

The last 6 months, my son was seeing Andrea! She has been an amazing therapist and influence in our son! We absolutely love her! We cannot thank her and New Beginnings enough for the support and patience she has shown in our son. Thank you again Andrea!

We have been seeing Jordan for speech therapy and she is amazing. My daughter super shy but she is absolutely loves Jordan and looks forward to every session. Jordan keeps us updated on what she is working on and is very flexible. I drive 20+ mins but this place is totally worth it.

Great clinic. But after years of being a client, it’s very disappointing that they are unwilling to work around schedules of medically complex children. I was continually reprimanded by my sons OT Bertha for trying to reschedule appointments. Tread lightly with this clinic they are constantly asking new patients to write reviews on google without having sufficient time or experience with a family.

I believe anyone seeking therapy whether it be speech or occupational I would highly recommend this place. My son who was diagnosed with SPD loved the place and Patrick was a huge help to us. Very professional and helped us with everything we needed and to that we greatly appreciate him. We have always recommended this place to everybody that asks us where to take their children and we immediately saw New Beginnings. Thank you for everything and the environment how pure it is to bring children it’s amazing.

Jessica is the one who works with my child and we have seen tremendous improvement. We have been going here for about a year and have not been disappointed. They work very well with you and your child’s schedule and if changes need to be made they reach out immediately. They are very understanding so if you are going on vacation and miss a few appointments they will make it up with your child when you get back. They are awesome. I would definitely recommend!

My son was seen by Ms Jeanette for almost 2 years she is the best!! I highly recommend her she is personable, sweet and great at what she does!

My son goes to Speech every week with Albina. In just two months I have seen an improvement where we are able to communicate with him through sign language and some words. She works around my schedule and is great at communicating with me. Albina is ALWAYS very professional. She is such a kind soul and very patient. We absolutely love her!

We were seeing Julia for OT and we were sad when she left the office. I had concerns on how my son would transition to his new therapist. He has been seeing Jack for the past couple of visits and so far it has been great. My son does so well with him and I am very optimistic on his OT development.

We see Mrs. Stephanie at New Beginnings on Zaragoza for speech therapy and we absolutely love her. Mrs. Stephanie is always happy and excited, my daughter is always happy to see her. She is amazing at communicating with me after my daughters speech and over text if I have any questions or concerns she answers quickly. Mrs. Stephanie has helped my daughter for the last 7 months and she has been the best thing for my daughter.
