The Miracle League is a permanent organized baseball league in El Paso for persons with disabilities which has been around since 2005. The age ranges for participation are from 3 years old and up. There are two seasons, spring and fall. The Miracle League also provides kickball, golf, and bowling. Each player is assigned an able-bodied volunteer who helps the player play the game. This would be a wonderful opportunity for children with disabilities to participate in sports, as their motto is, “Everyone deserves the chance to play.” The Miracle League is also always looking for volunteers, coaches, and umpires.
